I am a parent/carer of a student at St Paul's. How do I setup my login for my.stpauls?
Your username will be the contact email address you have provided to the school. If you need to change this, please contact the High/Junior school offices and they will assist you in updating your details.

In order to set up your password for my.stpauls, please follow the directions below.

First go to my.stpauls.nsw.edu.au where you should be greeted with the login page. You don’t need to enter any details here - just click the “Forgot your password?” link circled in the screenshot below:

This should take you to the Password Reset page, which appears as follows:

Entering your email here and clicking “Reset Password” should generate you a new password, and send it to the entered email. Once you receive it, you can follow the included link to change your password to one of your choosing.

Once the password change page says your password has successfully been updated, please return to my.stpauls.nsw.edu.au in order to access the site.

Should you have difficulty with this process, please email my.helpdesk@stpauls.nsw.edu.au and someone will assist you at the earliest possible convenience.

NOTE: If you are receiving the following error message -
Multiple SAML assertions are not supported

This indicates that the same email address is being used on more than one account, and this is not supported by my.stpauls. Please contact the school and update your contact details so that either each parent/carer has their own unique email address, or that the existing email address is recorded against only one of the parents/carers.
